I and I hope there be good Roti in Babylon [Des Moines]. I just finished some of the best I've ever tasted. Up until now I've resisted the Pumpkin roti. I just couldn't get past the image of pumpkin pie filling enclosed in a Roti shell slathered with hot sauce but I'd grown too acustomed to the Channa[Chick Pea], Potato and Chicken roti. Hot Damn was it good! I don't quite know how to describe it. It had a soft buttery texture with a dash of their brilliant hot sauce. It was so good that I just had to blog it. Have a look for yourself but I don't believe they deliver.
